Embark on a creative journey to explore the Egyptian style of this exotic and invigorating form of dance. Bellydancing is a fun and sensual low-impact way to explore your inner beauty and grace as you improve circulation, reduce blood pressure, maintain joint health and burn calories.

Shadiya stresses proper posture and form to ensure accurate and correct execution of this intricate and ancient art form. Authentic Egyptian technique. Live drumming on Wednesday night classes.

All shapes, sizes, ages and abilities are welcome in this warm and supportive environment.

With our hectic lifestyle, we often neglect to maintain proper joint and muscle flexibilty through a regular stretching regimen. Why stretch?
